Day 44 - A hobby of yours
So, I decided upon knitting. It was really down to either knitting or baking... and while I do bake a lot, that is more of a necessity than a hobby... I don't really need to knit... I don't do anything especially artistic with it... I just do it because it's something to do with my hands while I watch tv and the end result is something functional.
Right now I am working on the Peak Island Hood by Ysolda. I am now about two thirds of the way done with it. I picked slightly thicker yarn than she suggested... which is working out the way I wanted it to, but I may need to knit it again with the correct yarn so I have a winter version - above - as well as a Spring/Fall one.
