Day 30 - Your breakfast
How to make Langosy family pancakes:
Combine in a bowl:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Anything else you wish (I added frozen blueberries, cinnamon, and 7 grain cereal mix)
Mix until you have a mostly smooth batter.
Pour by 1/4 cup full onto a buttered frying pan over medium heat.
Cook until each side is golder brown.
My breakfasts are not normally this fancy, but my son is home with me and requested pancakes, so there you go. I also have coffee with mine.
